![]() ![]() I’m having the exact same issue with Apple App Store connect not accepting the IBAN for my Revolut Business account. Does anyone have any ideas or tips? Maybe some of you are iTunes developers who have successfully set up your payments with Revolut? Any help would be highly appreciated. They tell me that these details wont work without explaining why and what is incorrect. I send over all the details I have entered to Revolut Support for them to double check and verify. I submit the info and it is processed successfully. I select currency as EUR and fill out the rest of fields like Beneficiary name etc. So my Bank Account Number must be GB32REVO009969 XXXXXXXX. I’m stuck again, but after some research I find out that this Bank Account Number in most cases actually is what follows after the Sort Code in my full IBAN. IBAN is IBAN, but Bank Account Number is, by Apple explanation “An account number can generally be found on your checks or bank statements and must be English letters or numbers only.”. Next App Store Connect asks me for these. But 00-99-69 seems correct because my IBAN for any non-local-GBP-payments-account starts with GB32REVO 009969. Which one should I take? Revolut support doesn’t know the answer. ![]() I get 2 possible Sort Codes for Revolut bank - 00-99-70 and 00-99-69. So I enter “Bank name contains: Revolut”. Because if I enter this Sort Code, App Store Conect detects it as " PREPAY TECHNOLOGIES LTD" bank. I log into my Revolut Business, the only place I can find Sort Code is in my GBP account and Local payments section. I suppose this is United Kingdom, so I select it. Let me walk you through everything the App Store Connect asks me as I try entering new banking information for receiving payments. They have told me that it must be escalated to the itunes team, and this could take "days" to get fixed. However.Skype can be used to call toll free numbers, so I was able to put my call in to the UK using Skype. The only international number diallable appears to be the US. One last tidbit: The UK number is a freephone number which cannot be dialled from outside the UK. In my attempts to get this sorted, I too called Apple Developer support in the UK. I did see a post on an apple forum for someone in the UK who got it sorted in minutes, but this was not my experience. Each of my changes above did not show up on their system, so they could not push it. I tried working with them on this (they can "push" an updated profile, but could not physically change it). This is something that the people in Developer support cannot alter, as it has been through said approval process. It appears that the profile that matters is your iPhone developer profile, which goes through an approval process. The places where one can view/edit their Apple ID accounts are:Īll of this may be moot though. What I do know is that the one I enrolled with is "5" (which is my postal code) is not acceptable. It would appear that it expects less than 6 characters, with a mixture of letters and numbers. I believe that changing the state to 'n/a' is acceptable, but I'm not so sure as to what is needed for your postal code. ![]() There's (at least) 4 places where your account has been set up, so it is worth checking all of them. I live in Ireland, so we don't use states and our use of postal codes is arbitrary at best, non existent in reality. The problem is the your iPhone Developer enrollment does not have either a state or a valid postal code in it. Here's what appears to be the problem, and (i hope) the solution. You go to log into iTunes connect and you are greeted with this message:Īpple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect So.you've written your iPhone application, you've gone through the process of getting the certificates, and provisioning profile set up, you've zipped it up, and you're ready to submit it to the app store. ![]()
